Lost and then Found!

Gracie Mae was being a bit selfish with the toys I made. As I finished a few I would set them on the coffee table. Imagine my surprise when, in the morning, I found they were gone! I looked in all of her known hiding spots and couldn't find them. So I made more - they, too disappeared. (You'd think I'd learn!) Luckily, in the following days, they would appear, one by one. I believe I have all but one in a secure place. :)
Here are pictures of 3 of the bell n' chains that I was able
to finally finish tonight. I had better put them up quickly - looks like Gracie Mae is after them already! These toys are 24 inches long and have a handle at the top and are made of organic cotton and wool.
Other than the coffee table version seen below, we have one hanging on the laundry room door. I often hear it banging against the door - what's also nice is the handle that attaches it to the door keeps her from hiding it!
Gracie Mae is currently playing with a Little Birdie prototype. I need to figure out how to give it eyes after the ball is inserted....and maybe it needs wings, too. :)
Y'all wish me luck at finding places to sell my creations. Anyone have any ideas where I can look for the last missing fish?

Goin' Fishin'

(picture coming soon) I've knit up a little hollow fish and plan to felt it and sew on a velcro closure on the tail. He's even already caught as seen by the fishing line coming out of his lil' mouth! You can stuff him with whatever you want - catnip (yum!) or a bell, or both! So far I have orange, purply-pink and turquoise blue wool. I'm going to knit a few more before I do the felting so I can felt them all at once. This is fun!

Gracie Mae loves the fish like it is without it being finished - I had better keep an eye on it so it doesn't end up in her hidden stash!

Bell n' Chain - Coffee Table Version

I took one of those little plastic balls with a bell inside and covered it in organic cotten yarn. This one was pure white so I could attach it to the coffee table and have it still at least blend in with my quasi decor. :)
Bell n' Chain toys can be made at various lengths. Most will be made at door handle length unless you request shorter.
Bell n' Chain toys can be yours for a suggested donation of $4 each or 3 for $10. Email me @ verystillwater@gmail.com (For my computer's safety, emails without a subject line will be deleted without being opened.)

Bell n' Chain - multi-colored

Gracie Mae playing with one of my cat toy creations. All effort is made to keep the toys as close to 100% organic as possible. This one has an organic cotten base (the white part) and has sock wool (colored) accents. I believe the sock wool is more than 90% wool. It's hard to see the bell part of this toy since it's white being held by white paws. This particular one simply has 2 jingle bells and some stuffing in the "ball" at the end. Organic cotten yarn makes up the stuffing and comes in one very long piece wadded up so that if by chance the stuffing comes out, it won't be in tiny (unsafe) pieces. Gracie Mae's favorite way to play with this toy is when I drag it on the ground for her to chase.
All of my organic cotton based toys can be washed and dryed without worry of shrinkage or falling apart. verystillwater@gmail.com
